Airmax: Weeds Away with Dock Mount

Power House Weeds Away creates a powerful water current to push aquatic weeds and pond muck away from your dock, marina, pier or swimming areas. Operating in as little as 2' of water, the 3/4 HP and 1 HP motors act as a muck blower that moves weeds, muck, silt, and debris using a continuous current of water. Each powerful and energy-efficient motor is made in the USA and includes a 2-year warranty, quick-disconnect power cord, and dock mount (1" steel pole not included) for easy installation.

Please Note: Screen Kits are also included to protect the motor and impeller from debris damage. Power cord options range from 25' to 200' in length.

Operating in as little as 2 feet of water, Weeds Away acts as a muck blower that moves weeds, muck, silt, surface, and suspended debris using a continuous current of water. Point the blower up toward the surface of the water and turn it into an aerator. Weeds Away come with a quick-disconnect power cord and a dock mounting kit (1″ x 6′ steel pole not included).

Dock Mounting System

All Power House Weeds Away motors come with a dock mount system. This provides easy installation on docks and piers. The Dock Mount gives you the ability to change the depth, direction, and angle easily. It comes with a mounting base, bail with clevis pins and clips, a pipe holder with nuts and bolts, and a tightening handle. Due to shipping limitations, the 1-inch steel pipe is not included and must be provided by the customer. A stainless steel pipe should be used for salt-water applications. The maximum recommended pipe length is 6-feet to prevent the pole from bending.

Saltwater Applications

The Electrolysis Kit includes a strap that holds two aluminum anode halves around the motor. The anodes are sacrificial and will deteriorate over time. We recommend checking the aluminum anodes every 2-3 months and replacing them when they reduce to half the original size.
